- Abstract
This paper presents a
tool for the virtual prototyping of analog and mixed-signal embedded (AMS) systems.
The application and platform are modeled on a high (SysML-like) level,
while the prototype is simulated
on cycle-bit accurate level. In order to run software, we combine the
AMS part with a multicore platform, which acts as initiator and controls the AMS part.
The synchronization between these different Models of Computation (MoC)
can be validated before the generation of the virtual prototype. We present a larger case study to illustrate our approach.
